We primarily work with companies and organizations in the agricultural and environmental sectors, including machinery companies, research laboratories, service providers, and rural extension projects. We are also open to collaborating with other industries that value authentic visual storytelling.

Our expertise includes agriculture, environmental projects, industrial settings, corporate events, rural tourism, and related fields. Each project is approached with a deep understanding of its context and purpose.
What kinds of visual content do you provide?
We create visual content for social media, websites, and audiovisual productions. Our services include professional photography with a wide range of lenses (including macro), video production, advanced editing, and aerial footage with drones, in which we have a high level of specialization.
Our process
How does your production process work from concept to delivery?
We begin by getting to know the client and understanding their goals and vision. For video projects, we develop a script or adapt an existing one, which is reviewed and refined with the client. We then capture the necessary photos and videos using the appropriate equipment, organize and edit the material, and share a draft version. The final content is published only after the client’s approval.
Do you help with storytelling and creative direction, or do you only record?
We actively assist with creative direction and storytelling. If a script is already provided, we focus on capturing the images and footage needed to bring it to life visually.
Equipment and techniques
Do you use drones and other specialized equipment in all projects?
Each project is quoted individually, depending on the tools and technologies required, including drones and specialized equipment.
Are you licensed to operate drones and professional equipment?
Yes. We are certified by the FAA to operate drones, ensuring safe and professional aerial production.
Logistics and availability
Where are you based and do you travel for shoots?
We are based in Maryland, USA, and evaluate each project individually. We are open to working on projects in different locations, as every project is important to Cru Videos.
How far in advance should a project be booked?
This depends on the time of year and the project location. For projects in states far from Maryland, we recommend booking at least two months in advance. However, we always encourage clients to contact us first, as we remain flexible whenever possible.
Deliverables
What file formats and resolutions do you deliver?
We deliver high-quality HD videos and professional-grade images suitable for digital platforms. Videos are produced using professional cameras, GoPro equipment, and DJI stabilization systems. File formats are optimized according to the intended use.
How long does it typically take to receive the final content?
Timelines vary depending on the project’s scope, complexity, and location. We define delivery times clearly at the beginning of each project.
Pricing and payments
How is pricing structured?
All projects are quoted on a custom basis, according to their specific requirements and scope.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to begin the project. The remaining 50% is paid after approval of the final draft and before the delivery of the final content.
Revisions and adjustments
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions, ensuring the final result aligns with the client’s expectations.
Can we request changes after final delivery?
Minor adjustments requested shortly after delivery may be considered. Additional changes or new requirements requested later are quoted separately.
